1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZURITYM ("the App"), developed by Jcode and authored by Obrempong, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ZURITYM. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. Points & Rewards
- Points are earned by completing tasks, watching videos, playing games, referring friends, and other approved activities.
- Points have no cash value until redeemed and are subject to the current conversion rate set by the Admin.
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply as configured by the administrator.
- ZURITYM reserves the right to adjust point values and conversion rates at any time.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn points.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral or reward system.
- Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geo-restrictions.
- Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
5. Point Purchases
Points purchased via Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer are non-refundable once credited to your account. All purchases are final unless there is a verified technical error.
6. User Promotions
When you create a promotion, points are deducted from your balance and a platform fee applies. Promotions are subject to admin review. Rejected promotions are refunded minus the review fee.
7. Account Termination
ZURITYM reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these terms without prior notice. Balances in banned accounts may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZURITYM and Jcode are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Privacy
Your use of ZURITYM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ZURITYM after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
